Pretzel, peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies with sea salt

These cookies changed my baking game. Not to toot my own horn, but they are the cookies that made me the talk of the preschool and are quite literally demanded to be on the dessert table at every birthday party we have. They are brimming with both dark and milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and more pretzels than should really be allowed. After I give the dough a good smash, I sprinkle some crushed Maldon sea salt over them and send them into the oven until they are just barely cooked through. These cookies don't need the cripsy edge and chewy center. They need to be enjoyed with all the ingredients still warm and melting together. They also need a glass of milk.

I'm sending out four dozen of them today and am thanking my lucky stars that I got to spare a few extra cookies for me. They didn't last very long.

    1. Thank you! I'm sure they will turn out great and if you decide to share them, be ready for lots of requests to make them again :)
