Before reading this post, I was completely unfamiliar with millet. I was instantly intrigued and after seeing that these muffins taste best when served with extra butter and honey, I was sold. I made a quick batch of these millet muffins this afternoon and I'm hooked! They are so good in a cornbread, not overly sweet kind of muffin way. I know that sounds crazy, but I have a feeling that you know exactly what I'm trying to get at.
If you are, like me, a newbie to millet, run out and grab a few scoops from the bulk bins at the grocery store and make these right away. Thanks, Molly and Sally for posting your Mom's delicious recipe!
