Brown Butter Apple Macarons

Created as a take on Jane's famous brown butter apple pie, these macarons are the perfect way to welcome a little Fall spirit! Filled with a brown butter frosting and apples that were slow-cooked in cinnamon and sugar they are the perfect little bite. These were available exclusively at Jane and John Dough's stand at the Tomball Farmer's Market last week so if you were unable to make it out let me know if these are something you would like to see pop up again on the menu!
