Praline Filling

 

This praline filling, which is my personal favorite, is rich and decadent and brimming with chopped pecans. I add a little molasses for some depth and then a healthy shot of cream to keep it smooth. It's the perfect filling for a vanilla cake and I wish I could invite you all over to huddle around the pan with a spoon to share a bite :)
